Welcome to DODGY DOTS, a fast-paced, mouse-controlled arcade puzzle game where precision meets patience. Your mission is simple: connect matching pairs of nodes by drawing lines between them.

The catch? A wild, unpredictable core is flying across the map. If it hits the line while you are still drawing it, your connection is destroyed and you have to start that line over. Once a line is successfully completed, it is safe! Watch the core's movement, time your draws perfectly, and don't get interrupted.

Rules of the Grid

• Match the Colors: Click and drag to link node pairs of the exact same color together.
• Protect Active Lines: A wild, unpredictable core is flying across the map. If the core hits a line while you are actively drawing it, your connection is destroyed, triggering a high-voltage particle explosion that forces you to start that line over.
• Do Not Touch Completed Lines: Once a connection is successfully completed, it is locked in. However, you must avoid touching any already completed lines while routing new ones. Plan your paths carefully to prevent your lines from tangling up.
• Master the Timing: Watch the core's movement, anticipate its deflections, time your draws perfectly, and don't get interrupted.

Game Modes

• Normal Leaderboard (10-1 Mode): The definitive standard challenge. Clean 10 node pairs while managing 1 bouncing core.
• Hardcore Leaderboard (12-3 Mode): Absolute chaos for advanced runners. Route 12 node pairs while dodging 3 hyper-elastic cores simultaneously.
• Custom / Random Mode: Want a relaxed training session or pure unadulterated madness? Generate a randomized playing field or customize your own game by adjusting the exact number of pairs and cores to your liking.

Controls & Features

• Complete Mouse Control: The entire game is played using only your mouse. Click, drag, and release to manipulate the grid.
• Global Standings: Press the Highscore button in the main menu to view the definitive global Top 20 leaderboards for both competitive modes. See where you stand against the fastest players in the world.
• Instant Menu Return: Need to back out or change your settings? Simply press ESC at any time during a run to instantly return to the main menu.
